Information we collect
When you call us, email us or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, zip code and the details of your project. We also collect the basic technical information every website receives, such as which pages you visit here.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule and carry out work, and follow up about your project. If you check the consent box on a form, we may also contact you by call, text or email about your estimate and related services.
Text messages and consent
By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Palms Living Oasis about your estimate and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our scheduling and messaging tools, and only so that we can serve you. Those providers may not use your information for their own purposes.
Data retention and your choices
We keep project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by calling (972) 464-7000 or emailing texasturfkings@gmail.com.
