Palms Living Oasis runs every job from 300 Syracuse Pl in Richardson. That is a useful place to sit. Richardson straddles the Dallas and Collin county line, with US 75 and the President George Bush Turnpike crossing right through it, so Plano, Garland, Allen, Frisco and McKinney are all a straight run north or east, and Dallas, the Park Cities and Irving are a straight run south and west.
Every one of those towns gets the same family run turf and outdoor living crew that has worked this metro since 2008: the same design conversation, the same base and drainage work under the surface, and the same people from the first measurement to the last brush pass. Straight answers about artificial turf in North Texas
How far will you travel for a job?
Our core area is the Dallas metro, from the Park Cities and Dallas up the US 75 corridor through Plano, Allen, McKinney and Frisco, plus Garland, Irving and out to Southlake. Call and we will tell you straight.
Do you charge more for towns further out?
No. The estimate we give you covers the job wherever you are in our service area. If a site is genuinely too far to serve properly we will say so rather than price it and hope.
Is it the same crew in every town?
Yes. Palms Living Oasis is family run and our own crew does the work, so the people who design your yard are the people who build it, whichever side of the metro you are on.
Do you work on commercial property as well as homes?
Both, across the whole service area. Restaurant patios, courtyards, offices, apartment communities and clubs get the same crew as a family back yard, specified for heavier use.
