Why homeowners choose us
Paving that stays where we put it
Almost every paving failure in North Texas is the same failure. Somebody laid a good looking surface on ground that moves, and the black clay underneath swelled and shrank its way through a couple of seasons until the joints opened and the edges lipped. The fix is not a better paver, it is a base that was built properly and edges that are restrained.
The other half is water. Every hard surface you add sends rain somewhere, which is the whole reason the EPA runs its Soak Up the Rain program, and in a clay soil yard that decision matters more than the pattern. We set falls, outlets and borders as part of the job rather than as an afterthought. See what we handle below, or call for a free estimate.

Paving services in Richardson
Paver Installation
Pavers are the workhorse of a North Texas yard because they flex with ground that moves instead of cracking across it like a poured slab. Patios, pool decks, courtyard floors and parking aprons all get the same treatment: excavate to depth, lay and compact the stone base, screed the bedding layer, set the units, restrain the edges and lock the joints. Done in that order they stay flat and level, and a single damaged unit can be lifted and replaced years later. Our paver installation covers patios and slabs across the metro.
Walkway Paving
Paths do a job most people underestimate: they decide where feet go. Put a walkway where people already walk and the yard works. Put it somewhere convenient on a drawing and you get a worn track beside it within a season. We set out routes on site first, then build them, whether that is spaced stepping stones floating in a turf lawn or a continuous paved run from the drive to the door. Our walkway paving is some of the most distinctive work we do.
Gravel Driveway Installation
Gravel is the cheapest hard surface there is, and the most commonly ruined. Without a compacted sub base and a real edge to hold it, stone migrates into the lawn, ruts under tyres and disappears into clay within a year or two. Built properly, with the ground prepared, the right grades of stone layered and a firm border on both sides, a gravel drive, parking strip or drainage run stays put and drains beautifully. That is what our gravel driveway installation is about.

Why do pavers instead of a concrete slab?
Pavers move with clay soil instead of cracking across it, and individual units can be lifted and reset. A slab that cracks in this ground is a much bigger repair than a paver that settles.
How long does paving last here?
A properly based paver surface lasts for many years of normal use. What shortens it is a thin base, no edge restraint and water with nowhere to go, which are all build decisions rather than material ones.
Do you do commercial paving?
Yes. Courtyards, walkways and paved areas for restaurants, offices and apartment communities are the same work at a heavier specification, and we phase it so the site keeps operating.
Will new paving cause water to pool?
Not if the falls are set. Every surface we build has a planned direction and a planned outlet for water, worked out before anything is laid rather than discovered afterwards.
Can you pave around an existing patio or drive?
Usually. We check what the existing surface is sitting on first, then tie in and match levels. If the old base is failing we tell you, rather than build new work onto a problem.
Do you handle the drainage as well as the paving?
Grading, falls and borders are part of every job we build. If a site needs more than that, we tell you what it needs before the surface goes in, not after.
